Victor Percoco obtained a Masters degree in public and international affairs at the Université de Montréal. Following an internship at the U.S. Consulate General, Victor’s master’s report sought to gain insight on the impact of partisan polarization on U.S. public diplomacy. He holds a BA in Political Science from McGill University and currently works as a business analyst for CIDEP consultants.
