Nadjim Fréchet is a PhD student at the Department of Political Science at the University of Montreal. He earned his master degree in Political Science at Université Laval. He is also a member of the Centre for the Study of Democratic Citizenship (CSDC) and the Leadership Chair in the Teaching of Digital Social Sciences of Université Laval. His master thesis studies whether the Scottish Conservative Party improved electoral results is not due to its ideological detachment from the British Conservative Party. His research interests include public opinion, ideology, political parties and quantitative methods.
